1. Introduction

2. Services

TechOrigins provides web development, software development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, branding, AI integration, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work ("SOW").

Any estimates provided on the Website (including pricing pages) are indicative and subject to change based on project requirements.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide timely access to project materials, feedback, and approvals.
• Ensure that all content and materials you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Designate a single point of contact for project communication.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule in the SOW.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom-developed deliverables as specified in the SOW. TechOrigins retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary code developed during the engagement.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, and open-source components used in deliverables are subject to their respective licenses.

TechOrigins reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual SOWs, typically milestone-based.
• Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur a charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any information marked as confidential. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

7. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a 30-day bug-fix period after project delivery for any defects in the delivered work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechOrigins' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. All completed deliverables will be handed over upon receipt of outstanding payments.
